Founded in 1993 in the coastal city of Tianjin, Hoo’s began its journey in North China and expanded nationwide, ultimately establishing the comprehensive Hoo’s brand system. Through several generations of development, the brand has introduced six core series and embarked on a new era of horizontal product segmentation strategies. In 2016, Hoo’s further enhanced its offerings by incorporating the concepts of smart living and personalized customization, resulting in a comprehensive upgrade of its furniture products.

As the product family continues to grow and the business philosophy evolves, Hoo’s has become, as its slogan states, “A Symbol of Success.” The brand is now widely recognized as synonymous with exceptional quality, superior craftsmanship, and elegant design.

1987: The Dream Begins
At just 17 years old, Chairman Hu set out on his journey, bringing his carpentry tools and dreams to Tianjin, marking the beginning of Hoo’s story.

1988-1993: Building the Dream
Hoo’s Furniture was founded in a small house in Dingzhao, Beichen District, Tianjin, with the core philosophy of “Creating Healthy Solid Wood Furniture.”

1994-2001: Defining the Dream
After 8 years of hard work, Hoo’s pioneered and defined the era of “New North School Pragmatic Solid Wood Furniture,” expanding across North China and influencing the entire nation.

2002-2009: Chasing the Dream
The launch of the “Eucalyptus Regnans” series set a new benchmark in furniture craftsmanship, causing a sensation in the industry. The company expanded international cooperation, emphasized design and service, and invited well-known presenter Yang Lan to become the brand ambassador.

2010-2013: Fulfilling the Dream
The Weizhilan production base was put into operation. Hoo’s introduced 5 new series: “Mr. Walnut,” “Weilan International,” “Wujin Impression,” “New Chinese Puyue,” and the Southeast Asian-inspired “Golden Walnut,” ushering in a new era of horizontal product segmentation strategies.
